At 5 p.m. there is the possibility of a guided tour (admission included in the ticket price) through the exhibition FROM HERE? Of homes and origins
Reading and conversation with Lisa Weeda around her novel Aleksandra will begin at 6 pm.
At the behest of her 94-year-old grandmother Aleksandra, Lisa travels to Luhansk to search for the grave of her uncle Kolya, who has been missing since 2015. Eastern Ukraine is dangerous and no place for flying visits, warns the soldier at the checkpoint. Shortly after her escape through the cornfield, Lisa ends up in the Palace of the Lost Don Cossack, in whose rooms a century-long panorama unfolds that brings her family's history and the history of the entire country to life.
